Terms of Service

Last updated: March 7, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RecallMD, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms are a legal agreement between you (or the business you represent) and RecallMD.

What RecallMD Does

RecallMD is a software service that helps med spas identify clients who are overdue for treatments and send them automated SMS and email messages to encourage rebooking. We connect to your booking platform, analyze visit history against treatment cadences, and send personalized outreach on your behalf.

Your Account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One account per spa location. If you have multiple locations, each needs its own account.

Your Client Data

You own your data. The client names, phone numbers, visit history, and any other data you upload or sync to RecallMD belongs to you. We don't sell, share, or use your client data for anything other than providing the RecallMD service to you.

You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and use your client data in RecallMD, including having appropriate consent from your clients.

Messaging & Compliance

This is important. When you use RecallMD to send SMS and email messages to your clients, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including:

  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) — you must have prior express consent from your clients before sending them text messages.
  • CAN-SPAM Act — commercial emails must comply with CAN-SPAM requirements.
  • Opt-out requests — RecallMD automatically processes STOP replies and marks clients as opted out. You must honor these opt-outs.

Don't use RecallMD to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to people who haven't been your clients. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Billing & Cancellation

  • RecallMD costs $100 per month.
  • New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
  • After the trial, you'll be billed monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
  • When you cancel, you'll receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel 10 days into a 30-day cycle, you'll be refunded for the remaining 20 days.
  • If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you a reasonable window to update your payment method before suspending your account.

What We're Responsible For

We'll do our best to keep RecallMD running reliably and securely. We encrypt sensitive data, use reputable infrastructure providers, and work to fix issues quickly. However, no software is perfect, and we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that every message will be delivered successfully (delivery depends on carriers, email providers, and your clients' devices).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecallMD's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.

Termination

  • You can close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.
  • We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly the messaging compliance rules.
  • When your account is terminated, your data will be deleted within 30 days. If you need to export your data before closing your account, please do so beforehand.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via the email address on your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
