By creating an account or using RecallMD, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms are a legal agreement between you (or the business you represent) and RecallMD.
RecallMD is a software service that helps med spas identify clients who are overdue for treatments and send them automated SMS and email messages to encourage rebooking. We connect to your booking platform, analyze visit history against treatment cadences, and send personalized outreach on your behalf.
You own your data. The client names, phone numbers, visit history, and any other data you upload or sync to RecallMD belongs to you. We don't sell, share, or use your client data for anything other than providing the RecallMD service to you.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and use your client data in RecallMD, including having appropriate consent from your clients.
This is important. When you use RecallMD to send SMS and email messages to your clients, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including:
Don't use RecallMD to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to people who haven't been your clients. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We'll do our best to keep RecallMD running reliably and securely. We encrypt sensitive data, use reputable infrastructure providers, and work to fix issues quickly. However, no software is perfect, and we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that every message will be delivered successfully (delivery depends on carriers, email providers, and your clients' devices).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecallMD's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via the email address on your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
